Hi there beautiful!

I’m Courtnei B. Dunn LaGarde— Professional Makeup Artist, Licensed Esthetician and owner of Blush Makeup Bar.

My journey in the beauty industry began in 2015 at MAC Cosmetics, where I started as a freelance artist and eventually stepped into the role of assistant manager. Over five years, I sharpened my skills, learned from industry greats, and built the foundation for the artist I’ve become today.

I graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising & Retail Studies and Business Management. That education gave me the blueprint to merge artistry with entrepreneurship—a combination that’s at the heart of everything I do.

During the pandemic, I expanded my expertise by attending Paul Mitchell The School Dallas, where I studied esthetics. From skincare to beauty branding, I believe in creating experiences that make women feel seen, celebrated, and confident in their own skin.

I am a believer of Jesus Christ, a wife, mother of two and a dog mom. I strive to give busy women the opportunity to find the beauty within themselves even though we are tackling a million other tasks day in and out.

Blush Makeup Bar isn’t just a beauty brand—it’s a reflection of my passion, my purpose, and the women I’m honored to serve every day.
